How to update your Premium Subscription billing information

If your subscription has not lapsed (meaning that your premium service is still active) and you need to update/change the credit card used for your Hide My IP Premium Subscription simply follow the secure link below:


If you do not know your previous credit card number or if you did not use a credit card to purchase Premium Service then please write to [email protected] and our support staff will assist you.

If your Premium Service subscription has lapsed then you cannot change your credit card information, simply re-order Premium Service.
